Solaro provides a fitness and wellness mobile application designed to help beginners start and maintain a gym and exercise routine. The Service includes:

- Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise programme, especially if you have a pre-existing medical condition, injury, or health concern.
- Stop exercising and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms.
- You exercise at your own risk. Solaro assumes no liability for injuries sustained while following content in the app.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the Service.
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
All content within the Solaro app — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, workout plans, illustrations, and software — is the exclusive property of Solaro or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
7. User-Generated Content
If the Service allows you to submit, upload, or share content (e.g., progress photos, comments), you retain ownership of that content but grant Solaro a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, store, and display it solely to operate and improve the Service.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or these Terms.
8. Subscriptions & Payments
Solaro may offer free and premium subscription tiers. For paid plans:
- Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) as selected at purchase.
- All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play). Their terms govern payment processing.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued unless required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Solaro and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
