How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account at any time using either method below.

In-App Deletion
1 Open the Solaro app
2 Navigate to the Management page
3 Tap the profile icon in the top left
4 Select "Delete Account"
5 Confirm your deletion request

Your account will be marked as inactive and scheduled for deletion. After 14 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Changed your mind? Simply log back in within 14 days to restore your account.

3 Include the email address linked to your account

We will process your request within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been fully deleted.

What Happens to Your Data

Once your account is permanently deleted, the following applies to your data.

What Gets Deleted
  • ✕ Your profile and personal information
  • ✕ Your workout history and training data
  • ✕ All associated app content
What Is Retained
  • ✓ Anonymised aggregate usage data — this cannot be linked back to you in any way
